There are roughly 30 people staying at Rotoiti Lodge in the large bunkrooms. We have tentatively allocated people to rooms which will be displayed on the doors, however,  feel free to move around if the occupants are ok with you joining (no one minds a thrupple do they?!) :)

Those staying at Rotoiti Lodge are welcome to arrive from 2pm on Friday 2 February, however, if you are not assisting with set up we ask that you leave the busy space for the busy bees and chill in other areas or grab some beersies down at the Alpine Lodge.

Van dwellers - you’re welcome to park out the front of the lodge and use the facilities, although keep in mind that we’ll need an exit point, and to allow other cars access right up to the venue. Also - if you can manage, please pop some koha into the account for the facilities.

The chiller trailer parked outside the kitchen can be used to keep your BYO drinks and snacks cool. There will be sharpies and stickers available to name your things.
