Friday 2nd February
Set-up day! A massive thanks to everybody who has volunteered to help us with the venue set-up.
We have access to the lodge from 2pm on Friday 2 February and the set-up crew is invited to arrive at this time.
If you are not helping set up or staying at the lodge then we ask that you stay clear while all the bees are busy, unless by prior arrangement to see Trude and Jan.

Saturday 3rd February
8:00am- Lake swim - Start this magical day fresh! Trude and Jan invite you to join them for a swim in the rejuvenating water of Lake Rotoiti. Meet them at the main jetty near the DOC end of the lake. They’ll be there until 8:30am.
Spend the morning catching up and settling in either around Lake Rotoiti or at the Lodge. Food and drink is not provided for this period of the day. There will be some chili bins, ice, and a chiller trailer to keep your BYO drinks and snacks cool.
2:30pm Ceremony - Guests will be asked to be seated at the lodge at 2:15pm sharp.
3:00pm Drinks, nibbles, speeches and photos at the venue.
6:00pm Dinner & games
8:00pm Party time!
Sunday 4th February
Sunday Funday! - This is a day to relax, drink, eat, play games and listen to some epic tunes. This is the ideal time to connect with Trude and Jan after the whirlwind of the day before.
10:30 - 11:30am Brunch 🙂 Bacon & egg butties and coffee provided.
During the day - our blackboard will display the day’s lineup of activities (e.g lake swim, DJ schedule, games, dress ups!).
Today Jan’s bridesmaids get to enjoy the spotlight. We’re in for a treat!
3:30pm - Food truck kai - for those who’ve pre-ordered.
5pm - Music and merriment continues
